LINKftr builds software for structural integrity (or fatigue and fracture) assessment in oil, gas, wind power, hydropower, automotive, aerospace, and maritime transport.

LINKpipe is LINKpipe is a direct calculation FEA tool for integrity analyses of pipelines.  It models crack growth due to static loads, snaking, VIVs, and corrosion, and has automated workflow support for multi-load step analyses.  Major oil companies, engineering companies and research institutions have discovered the business benefits of using LINKpipe as an ECA tool for North Sea pipelines.  Why?  Seriously accurate, seriously automated / productive, seriously in compliance with applicable standards, including BS7910 and DNV-OS-F101.  Which is really how you want to conduct your ECA analyses for oil and gas pipelines.

LINKpipe BS7910 (to be released in June 2012) is a full implementation of BS7910 for pipelines, with extended support for multiple load steps, scripting, and reporting.  It has been created for those who want to transform their BS7910-based ECA process into a highly automated workflow focused on generating insightful analysis, not on managing manual and error-prone copy-and-paste processes, and ultimately resulting in less tedium. All this for GBP 4 000 per year per seat.

LINKpfat is a probabilistic fatigue assessment tool that interfaces to most leading FEA tools. It is fundamentally probabilistic, because we believe S-N curves do not capture the probabilistic nature of fatigue in a way that allows us to respond to the following question: Is remaining life in a given component larger than X with probability Y? LINKpfat supports arbitrary geometries (no re-meshing needed for crack analysis), multiaxiality, arbitrary load histories, the possibility of scripting, and workflows for most of your standard engineering processes, all in a single software package.
